This clinic/salon is a scam. Not only do they hard sell the customers in a small enclosed room. They closed down without any notice. Staff kept saying that the Dr is on urgent leave/unavailable for a few months until the door is locked. The invoice that they provide do not specified the company name and treatment paid. They have also changed their brand name twice during operations. I am sure they are going to open a new clinic and start scamming people all over again. Please beware of the dubious director, Cheng Yong Teck born in 1988 and Secretary Choy Kiong Rick containing S015.

This company is a fraud. My wife had gone for some treatments for a few months but recently shocked to fund the door to the clinic locked by the landlord and no one to be found. They have scammed customers and disappear with their money.

Just to share DORE aesthetics or almost all aesthetics are a scam. Dore is at the top with their ridiculous pricing of packages that could go over 10k? What are they? They are just “beauticians??” Save that kind of money and visit a specialist dermatologist instead with no hard selling!

Serious problems to face after 1 session. Asked the shop for refund but no response so far.

Horrible and rude service. Privacy invasion by insisting on taking photos of their clients to use as fake testimonials. Once payment is made, service is horrendously rude. Different lasers too.

THE SALES HERE REALLY HARD-SELL. TOOK UP A $28 FACIAL TRIAL TO THE GREATEST REGRET OF MY LIFE. AFTER BARELY 30MIN OF TREATMENT, THE BEAUTICIAN TRAPPED ME IN A ROOM FOR A 45MIN SALES TALK AND REFUSED TO LET ME PAY FOR THE TRIAL.

The sales did a presentation for 15 min abt the company, of which I politely obliged. She ended the presentation by flashing the price of the same facial x 10 sessions. Immediately, she left the room to get me an invoice. I LOOKED AT THE INVOICE, OMG it is $3500 + the $28 trial.

When I refused to sign on the invoice, she tried all ways to persuade me, then offered me better credit term (less downpayment), and then offered credit card loan options without downpayment. When I said I just wanted to pay for today’s invoice, she asked me to wait and left the room again. She came back with another invoice of the 10 sessions + trial. This time she reduced the price to $3500 – 25%. And she repeated the same pushy routine, ending with urging me to take credit card loans.

I SAID “NO!” MORE VIOLENTLY THIS TIME. SHE WENT OUT AND PRETENDED TO CONSULT HER ‘MANAGER’. She came back and still refused to give me my facial trial’s invoice to pay. Instead.. She told me that her manager had approved a special discount of $3500 -50% for the 10 sessions. When I said no to it, she further insulted me asking if i’m one of those (cheapskate) people who goes around every beauty parlour to enjoy first-time trials. By now, I think I’m pretty sure I’m going to f**king get out of here with or without paying them. I have had enough! I walked out of the room after the 45min of sales trap, To be honest, what they are doing at the trial is not even anything impressive or effective. They simply rely on such sales tactic to trap and break their customers until they say yes.

    Go at your own risk!

Agree with everyone who gave one-star rating to this clinic. The good reviews seem fake and the award-winning treatments look shady. They try to hard sell you by capitalising on your insecurities and flaws. Really very unprofessional.

What’s more, I personally have acne issues and I went there for acne treatments. Other clinics allow me to touch up (i.e. Concealer) after treatments & the lady at Dore/Geo Aesthetics did not allow me to. I’m a customer and she didn’t even want to let me use the room to touch up. I’m only allowed to sit there and listen to her persuading me to sign up the extremely expensive package that costs $6k for 20 sessions that was discounted to $95/Treatment (Do the math).

I would avoid this place. They are sneaky and dishonest.

Went in for a $38 trial treatment, the “consultant” tried to get me to leave with $15K package across 20 sessions. I laughed and told her it wasn’t happening. She was extremely curt and rude to me after that.

She contradicted herself numerous times. “You’ll be so impressed with the immediate results” one minute; to “you need numerous sessions, if you want to see results” the next. She wasn’t listening to any of my concerns (her English was weak) and continued to press forward with her aggressive salesmanship. They just repeat how they’re the best but don’t actually prove it in any way.

The whole experience was very unpleasant and it just feels like an all around shady operation.

Today, 4th July, I went for a $38 trial by Dore Aesthetics. After the 15-minute fat freeze trial, I was led to the consultation room by consultant Charlene where she explained to me the package. She then recommended me to take 20-session package which totals to about $16,000 and just shoved the iPad in front of my face to sign for the package. I was extremely stunned by her actions. This was despite highlighting to her during both the 15-minute procedure and in the consultation room that I was a student. She even asked me if I had a supplementary credit card with me and sign for the package and said that it would only be $1300 a month if I opt for a 12-month installment. She later angered me by saying that I wouldn’t be able to find a job if I don’t solve my issues and after I told her that I have already found a job in sale she cursed that my sales wouldn’t be good because of my body image. In the end, Charlene asked if I could BORROW money from my friends to opt for the treatment. After a good 10 minutes of insisting that I cannot afford it and I wouldn’t want to burden my friends for such an aesthetic treatment, she ended off the consultation saying that it is really a waste and said things to make me feel bad about myself. Despite saying that this was a $38 trial with no obligations, the conversation and actions made me feel obligated to sign on to their exorbitant package. The thing which angered me the most is that the consultant had zero sense of empathy for their customers, even students, and even had the audacity to asked me to borrow money for the package. No customer should ever deserve such treatment.

Went to for the acne scar removal, but gotten acne treatment instead. Signed a package with them after much hard sellings. That was the worst decision i have ever made. My acne was actually under control but after their treatments, it flared up. They do take before and after photos, but why cant they tell that the treatment doesn’t suit me? I had to tell them personally that im breaking out. If i didnt tell them, im very sure they will continue with treatment. They did offer peels after admitting that my conditions was worst than before but still I dont see any improvement. Never going back to that place even though I have 5 session left with them. I trusted them and this is what I gotten.

I did a treatment here 2 years ago (via advertisement and made me top up of course!) and now they call me that I owe them $1600?? I am 100% sure that I paid in full last time on their “promo” and now they call me that I owe them?! After 2 freaking years?! I’ve read all these bad reviews about Dore – no doubt! This place is a sham.

Please avoid this place. They are sneaky and dishonest. You will feel threaten and scared especially ladies.

If i am not mistaken the have change their name to #Geo #Aesthetics

Went in for a $38 trial treatment, During the session i felt uncomfortable because the whole entire time the consultant stay with me through out the session. The consultant name Vivian tried to get me to leave with $3K package for 6 sessions. I told her let me consider because i need to feel how is it after this ’45 mins’ trial’ (actual only 15mins). She start to be extremely rude to me and keep saying WHAT RESULT you want. She keep pushing the tablet to me and ask me to SIGN.

She insulted me by saying you think this 15 mins can make you loss 10kg ? you need numerous sessions, if you want to see results sign the package because your FATS all HARD no matter what exercise you do won’t loss at all. She wasn’t listening to any of my concerns because she keep saying i understand just sign and continued to press forward with her aggressive salesmanship. They just repeat how they’re the best but don’t actually prove it in any way. She keep saying i have been working in this trade for 10 years. if my Doctor is good, you won’t have suffer operation and still been fat.

After numerous attempt, Vivian have no choice but to release me from the interrogation room after 20mins. After making payment for my trial, she show those fresh meat some good impression. She send me out and thank me for coming.

The whole experience was very unpleasant and it just feels like an all around shady operation. I have never felt this way in Singapore till i came to this place

Been with Dore for 2 years already and the first year was pleasant and my consultant was really genuine and helpful however after she left, everything went downhill. The aestheticians are really good but it’s the consultant at Geo aesthetics that left me baffled. During my last treatment, consultant Vivian ( note that there’s another bad review about her) tried to hard sell me to sign a 6 sessions laser treatment package for 3k because she said the doctor recommended me to continue to which I kindly said no but she obviously continue to hard sell and say we will totally respect your decision if the doctor never say anything and proceed to say “So can I have your signature please.” on the treatment invoice which I didnt even say i wanted to continue. She did not at one point care about my skin at all. She just keeps on talking about the doctor and how i need to maintain my skin at such a young age if not it will worsen blah blah blah. At this point, Im already baffled and angry. So, you’re telling me the doctor’s opinion is more important than the customers???? After which I continue to say I do not have that much money then she further reduce the price, say I can pay 1.5k first. To which I declined further. It’s only when I decided to just leave the room and totally ignored her that I managed to “escape”. I can’t imagine how many people have faced the same situation as me and how customers are treated this way. I will totally not recommend this place even though I did see results. Of course, everyone will have their own experiences and this is mine.
