    Don’t go to this clinic and don’t believe what the clinic staff says. After they trick you into buying a treatment that’s $600 higher than the normal price, no one will response to your feedback or complaints. Terrible experience..

    I signed up quite a fair bit of cooltech or cooladvantage sessions with them, if it wasn’t for the price, i guess i wouldn’t go to them.
    The staff can be quite gossipy and ingenuine. And the appointment-making previously was a mess.

    The therapist cleansed my face then left me waited on the bed for half an hour.
    I told the Consultant/Manager, she told me “you can complain to the management”

    U can expect what kind of services the Novena branch can provide.
    I sent an email to their link for extension of package, but no reply.

    I will not recommend to friends.

    Horrible. Bought 2 profilio session that cost 1.7k
    Then told me that my second session is used up even if it’s not
    I had to storm my way to the clinic to sort it out
    Their business is managed by this call centre full of Philippines nationals( by accent)
    They take their time and won’t really bother to answer you
    If you need to change appointment, forget it, they will get their date mixed up. When you want to call them to verify, no one picks up the call

    Better spent your $$ elsewhere. If they cannot respect your need to communicate, why would they bother to be professional about your treatment? Don’t come here because it’s cheaper

    Unless you want to try your luck ?

    I have been a customer with ClearSK for 12 years. Dr Shiau is sincere and knowledgeable. The staffs are professional.

    I was referred by a friend to call this clinic for appointment. But noticed the staff shared with another client about my name, date/time and type of intented treatment. I was shocked when heard about my detailed appointment information from referral’s friend who was also their client. I have to cancel my appointment due to extremely concern about my privacy and confidential information. The staff in the clinic shows low level of professionalism that they can easily talk about confidential information like a gossip. Their behaviour can complicate client’s social status and lead to damages of client’s personal reputation.

    You know you’re in good hands for the treatments / procedure done by certified doctors. So far I’ve been a returning customer for the last 5 years & I’m sure more years to come too.

    Novena is one of my favourite branch to drop by because of the facilities and the room is bigger. Most important is both Dr Shiau and Dr Teh are very professional and full of experienced. Loves the fillers and all the treatment that the doctor has done for me. And the staffs are very friendly and skilful.

    Lovely ambience, totally relaxing, warm and sincere staff….the packages are really enticing and Dr Jeanel Goh is so attentive!

    Horrible. Went there for acne scar. Claimed that treatment is tailored by doctor are false. Treatments packages are pushed to you that do not meet your needs or address your concerns. Customers are treated like cash cows. Don’t fall for their gimmicks. Don’t believe celerity endorsement.
    My advise save your money On bona fide aestheticians. You will save more money see progress. Like I said this place is just a gimmick who dun give 2 cents worth of your concernsR

    Doctors here are very patient and helpful. Facial room is very big. It is good place for relax and doing treatment in this clinic.
