    Very disappointed with their treatment and service. Really useless fractional laser that end up with no results.
    Then customers service also sucks. The person who follow regarding the unsatisfied service supposed to call me back an hour later. Its been a week until today no call back. BTW her name is Apple.

    Scammer salon like what the other 1 star review Pple say. Saw ad on lumi laser @$68. So thought just go n try. Only Upon reaching, (despite me aldy booked for appt much earlier), then tell me Coincidentally the machine spoil. Give me the option of a “Better” machine at $68 PER SESSION now. So I question them. Could have tell me earlier right?? BEFORE I MAKE MY WAY HERE. Again they insist is not spoil earlier. ONLY NOW they on the machine then realise spoil. So I retort back. Then isn’t it their service to upgrade? N let me “enjoy” the so called higher grade laser aqua-white laser at the same trial price of $68 for 2 session? As compensation of my precious time to come all the way here. Only then they reluctant agree. As usual. Only after they say must consult their so called higher superiors.

    The silky snow underarm treatment is so effective and see great improvement .
    Staffs are amazing, very polite, accommodating and friendly.
    Will definitely recommend !

    I went for the S Sculpt treatment. Pleasant experience overall. June and Eileen provided good customer service. Their explanation was clear. There was no hard selling.

    Did 2 rounds of S-Sculpt 360, waistline reduced by 2cm, which shows that treatment is effective. Staff here are amazing, very approachable and friendly. ?

    It was a very good experience with them. I went for a trial for 360 fat freezing and I like it..it wasn’t painful and they were all very assuring me of the safety. i will continue to visit them as I saw the results instantly and the services are really good, they all speak good English.

    Pushy in sales and after signed up for package, machines frequently sent for repair and told not available at times. No difference after so many sessions of fat freeze. Some staff were pleasant and professional but some are not . Disappointed in overall service and products!

    A cheap trial bail – The $88 facial felt like $20 quick treatment from Fave. The vibes of the salon felt like cheap AMK heartland though it’s physically located at Wheelock.
    The $88 Emshape is another joke, because other salon such as kosme is applying 4 applicators. For them, it’s only one on stomach.

    Heavily discounted services. Rushing, bad communication, inpatient. Wont do it even it’s free. Those reviews from Google are fake as it’s only one.

    I’m telling the truth, why would I even bother to help you improve the business? Save your template response

    I did the Trinity Face Lift trial and saw results immediately after the session. There was absolutely no pain involved and the therapist was very gentle.

    Very nice and clean place. Have been doing my facial here for years already. People here are very friendly and nice. No hard selling of their products and services too!

    Staff was being pushy even after rejection. Really upset with myself for giving in and signing the package. First few times the services were good but standard drop after packages signed. Disappointed. Still trying to hardsell new products for most of my visits. The cycle is endless. Just keep making you sign package after package and then standard drops. Cant wait to finish my pacakge so i dont have to visit them anymore

    Nice experience for first visit as trial with good ambient, cleanliness and service by everyone. No hard sale. Package price is rather transparent with flexibility to switch to another treatment, hope price is really transparent to everyone.

    Silky snow U/A care is really good. Result seen on first session. All the consultants are nice, cheerful and friendly and no hard-selling. That’s a big plus ?

    The room is spacious and comfortable, the service is patient and meticulous, the facial lift is done, the effect is obvious, and I will go to another store

    Each time I come here, everyone is so warm and welcoming and the triple glow facial is crazy relaxing! So much so that I slept super well even during it…. My face is super glowy now at the end of the session and they have the tastiest tea I’ve ever tasted in a beauty area!!

    Convenient location with spacious room that comes with soft comfortable thick blanket. The staff will only approach you on your 2nd last session to check on renewal for facial service.

    I went for the trinity trial with my husband. I was served by beautician, Chloe. She has excellent extraction and massage skills. Manager May was patient and explained the packages without being pushy. We will return for their excellent facial ! I really feel my skin lifted
