    I am a customer of AEON Medical and Aesthetic Centre since 2014 =) From the first moment that you step in the clinic till the end, there is a high standard of care and attentive service given by each and every staff. Dr. Kim has been very kind and professional in giving his assessments and is detailed in providing skincare consultations. He only goes for the best and does the best for a patient’s well being – contrary to the very few negative reviews below, I will like to add the caveat that I believe he will never proceed with any procedure when the patient’s safety or skin condition may be compromised. For instance, when I was pregnant and breastfeeding, Dr. Kim told me that he will not be able to perform any treatment for me. This may not be the ethical norm for other clinics. There must be a reason for the outcomes of every assessment given that we are all unique (with different skin conditions) and I caution readers to consider the context which may not be provided readily. I am overall more than happy with my experience at AEON and will highly encourage you to try the treatments here for your desired ‘Korean’ glow. Thanks for reading!

    Dr. Kim is a very professional doctor who examines customer’s condition throughly to find the best solution. I’m very satisfied with the treatment recommended by him. Great to have a doctor like him in Singapore.

    Great services!
    Especially, I was so impressive that staffs are very friendly til I didnt feel uncomfortable even for ME who having not previously experienced to visit esthetic Clinic.
    Thanks for all the good solutions and I would definitely recommend to visit them and try their professional skills.

    Not recommended. Service from staff is good but the doctor is dismissive about patients concerns. Other mediocre clinics are way better than this one.

    went down all the way to the clinic to get treatment. ended up paying 50 for a 5 min rubbish conversation with dr kim for ‘ consultation’ as he is not confident enough to perform said treatment LISTED on their website. i guess he pays bloggers to advertise himself to get good reviews

    Had a really unpleasant experience today . I have been customer of the clinic for 3 years. Recently they imposed the rule of showing yr ic for each and every visit. I m puzzled and discussed with the dr as I felt that for a regular it is up to the discretion of the dr to impose the rule .. even MOH agrees.. so the dr spent his time explaining his firm stand that u must hv ur ic for each visit even though they recognize u and I m only doing a laser on face for pores. I tried to stop the dr talking as he was in the midst of my face laser and I wanted him to concentrate on what he was doing but he was clearly unhappy. I told the dr I understand his stand but we r all entitled to our own opinion and stand too. I told him my views and opinions but it should end there and he should concentrate on his job . He claimed he will stop talking and I felt my I was shortchanged as he did not do a thorough job for today. It was not pleasant . Dr claims he has 1000 patients and he has the discretion as he is the director. I presume he doesn’t need me . As long as the reminding 999 r agreeable .

    Dr. Kim and the whole staffs are very friendly and efficient. I have done a regular laser toning two times a month. I also have done a RF facial. Both were quite good in terms of maintaining my skin condition and prevent breakouts.

    I took a BB (Lavieen) Laser treatment 2 weeks ago at AEON. The doctor and the whole staff were very kind to explain all the procedure in detail. The most impressive part to me was that the system was so organized, and there was no waiting time in between various steps in the treatment. Although it took about 2.5 hours to receive the full treatment, I felt very comfortable, thanks to the kind staff there. The painful part was after the treatment: I had to stay indoors, away from the Sun as much as I could for a week for the recovery of my skin. However, the result now is very noticeable after a week of patient time. Skin got brighter and cleaner. Pore size also got smaller, and acne scars either disappeared or were attenuated. I am very satisfied with the quality of service and the result of treatment.

    I’m did the skin analysis last week and I’m so surprised the result so distinct.
    Dr. Michael Kim very kind and sincere to took me about my skin condition and how to take care my skin if I’m not carefully.
    The staffs very friendly, helpful. They was guide me from begin to the skin analysis room. I’m very excited this coming facial appointment.

    Lately, I felt my face getting oily and major blackheads around my nose area. I googled and found Aeon. I also read up on the clinic’s reviews as well as Dr Kim’s profile and decided to have a go.

    Scheduled an appointment seamlessly with the friendly front desk. Once arrived, I was impressed at the decor and cleaniness of the clinic. The Korean clinic coordinators were extremely friendly, assisted me professionally and promptly even though there were many other patients. They served everyone in a timely manner and I was brought to different rooms after registration to have my face washed and pictures taken in an analysis machine.

    Consultation with Dr Kim was very detailed in explaining my face condition with photographs taken earlier. For instance, Dr explained the importance of Sun Block and how it was affecting my facial condition. I also got all my questions answered professionally and made sure I understood everything before I left. I was suggested to do Hydra Facial for a start to see how my skin would improve.

    A week later, I had a session of Hydra Facial and I am really impressed how it brighten up my skin and cleaned up most of the black and whiteheads. The process was relaxing and comfortable.

    In a nutshell, it was an extremely good experience and am looking forward to more sessions of Hydra Facial and eventually Laser Treatment for my scars. I hardly write reviews but I felt AEON deserves my time to commend. A true blue Korean Aesthetic Clinic!

    I am impressed by the service provided and the detailed analysis conducted. I never thought there can be so many breakdown of my face condition thru their special equipment to allow the study. I really appreciate Dr Kim patience to describe my face situation in details as I questions a lot due to my ignorance.

    Impressed by specialized service and treatment at AEON! All staffs at Aeon & Dr.Kim is very dedicated to each customer’s skin condition. I took a KBT laser which can help even out skin tone & minimize the pores. Before i go thorugh the laser treatment, i took a skin analysis from which i learnt more about my current skin condition & Dr.Kim gave me useful tips of how to improve on maintaining a good skin condition. Definitely worth the consultation & trying their service! Would like to visit again.

    I’ve gotta say the staff and therapists were really attentive during my consultation where they took pictures of my face prior to the consultation with Dr. Kim. However when I went in for the actual consultation with the doctor, he was dismissive about my concerns and didn’t seem as personable and friendly as per reviews I read. Not much information was given about the condition of my skin as well. From the website, it claims “Percentile scores are given for each condition using an extensive world-wide database to compare the patient’s results to the “average” for the same age and skin type through the visia skin analysis but NONE of that was communicated with me by Dr.KIm. Prior to this, even the staff who took my pictures for the skin analysis told me this would be communicated.

    Also, if you’re thinking of only going for one of their promos/packages as advertised on the website please note CONSULTATION IS NOT FREE. The staff will tell you its free but its only if you sign up for a package of 10 sessions amounting to $2500. If not it will cost you $50 for consultation. I went for the Skin fit promo and paid $188+$50. Results were not significant as well. Face felt smoother but the hydrafacial broke me out after.
