    First time at NK, and Miss Joe Lim performed miracles 🙏 My hair had been layered badly before, but she fixed it up perfectly. Super friendly, listened to what I wanted, and my hair looks better than its ever been. Defo coming back 😭💞

    I have been following my stylist Alan for almost 15 years from Parkway Parade where he first started and now Pasir Ris where he is a manager.
    He is very patient and friendly.
    He take pride in his work and always make me leave the salon with a satisfied hairstyle.
    I couldn’t remember how many package I have sign up but I will continue to do so.
    Highly recommended👍

    Came here last week, and only decided to make an appointment to cut my hair, because my usual salon I go to was closed that day. I had a very positive experience last month when I came by to do a simple hair wash, and was greatly satisfied by the service. Unfortunately, did not manage to get the lady’s name. This time however, my experience was pretty disappointing.

    Felix attended to me first, made me feel comfortable, and did a great hair wash! Then, Jordan came asked what I wanted to do with my hair, and I told him. He was reeking of a strong cigarette smoke smell, and it was pretty unbearable. Throughout the process of him cutting my hair, not once did he check in with me if the length was ok for me, nor did he ask me where my parting was, worst of all, this was how he blew dried my hair – with all the ends utterly messy.

    Honestly, not sure how Jordan’s getting so many raving reviews, but after this hair cut, this is going to be my last time here. I’ve given 3 stars thanks to the service and sincerity of Felix, and thank God I wasn’t doing anything major to my hair for Jordan to screw it up even more.
