    Condition improved??? Treatment was not bad ? My shoulders were very stiff and sore but after getting treatment, my shoulders felt lighter and the soreness have lessened.

    felt like a scam. tried their 10 mins shoulder massage at a booth in a shopping centre & they pushed us to get the package. package was with a promo they said, total of 2.5 hours for $300+ divided to 2 sessions.

    first session masseuse was great. their sales person kept trying to hard sell their package even after countless times of me rejecting. she seems unpleased & when i asked her when i can book the 2nd appt to finish up my current package, she gave a reason they are busy (but no customers, all masseuse was standing & waiting infront) & just told me to text them.

    last session was painful. i had remaining of 1.5 hrs for this session which was the lower back. they suggest that i convert to 30 mins session as they will be using a longer tool (more expensive) to work my body but that i didnt have to add more $ to it. after session was done, she tried to hard sell another package to me. told her i could not afford & i did not want it. she gave another option of the “cheapest” package there were. for what? you had deducted my 1.5hrs to become 30 mins & here you are asking me to add more hours?

    not a good experience in general.

    Mentioned to the staff that I’ve been feeling stress and muscles feel tight. They were nice to give me some free foot bath packets to have warm foot baths at home as this helps relieve the tension. Tried the Moxi therapy today, can’t wait to try the others. Thumbs up! ??????
