    i was served by angel and my boyfriend by nana. of course, to be realistic, our blackheads were not fully cleared but that’s because we’re first timers doing a facial lol so of course it’s very dirty. but it seems decent! they still tried their best to clear as much as they can. will re-visit!

    5 stars for Angel, 0 stars for the colleague and cray cray customer who tried to fight me and forced the staff to give her priority because she kept screaming.

    I came first, I paid first, staff gave my slot to someone else because she was behaving like a loudmouth. Couldn’t decide which treatment to get and insisted she’s in the right when she can’t even make payment and thus has no queue number to begin with, and expected to be served first.

    Edit: staff claims she’s an old customer. Okay, so I’m trying for the first time so she has every right to go first? Ridiculous.

    Angel did a really good job in explaining and cleansing my face. She recommended the Combo A Package + a face mask. She is really detailed and meticulous. Would highly recommend her services.

    Friendly service from angel. Well explain from her. Will come back to her every 2 weeks time. She even free add on serum and mask for me when I took the combo facial.

    This outlet is good because the mall is not so crowded! Tried their combo is fuss free and no worries will be pestered by the beautician to sign package! Yes!

    Very pleasant experience & hassle free facial treatment by experienced beautician. Was served by Angel & she explained each step carefully with u while doing the treatment. She also did her job by cross-selling suitable product but no hard selling. Overall, liked their services & treatment. Will come back again to try other treatments
