    Was introduced to Kew Organic by my friend. From then till now I’ve already been doing facial with them for about 5 years. Their service standard has always been amazing! Ying is the best beautician ever. Their organic products have made my skin condition better, especially jafter I’ve given birth. Strongly recommend everyone to try out both their facial services and products!

    have always struggled with acne problems but the staff here was so nice! she explained to me in detail what kind of treatment suit me the best and helped me with it. so thankful!

    was having constant breakouts and decided to head down for a facial – the staff was super patient and helpful, explaining my skin condition and how to remedy the situation. went down for a few more sessions, and happy to report that the breakouts have stopped and my skin feels better than before.

    Quiter pricey products but failed to impress in terms of quality. Don’t like thE smell of the products And my skin looked worse after using it religiously for a month thus I gave up.

    Have been here a few times already,very good n professional service. Alice (my facialist) was very thorough and gentle. After the extraction, skin much better. Well recommend to others!!

    I had very bad acne and scar on my chin area, hence I always need to apply concealer to cover them. Kew’s therapist is professional and give good advices. Have been going for their facials and use their nice smelling natural products, til today I can confidently skip concealer and foundation! My skin tone was brighter after the facial sessions too! Yay!

    Kew organics was my 1st facial treatment recommended by my sis. I was skeptical at first but i was amazed with the entire process from skin consultation to the treatment.
    After the facial treatment, my pores r unclogged and hydrated?.
    I love the hydrating mist they recommended. It was pricey but it does its job v well. My skin feels soft and smooth becos it well hydrates my skin.

    Just today, i did my back treatment at the outlet at Clarke Quay. The therapist was v professional and friendly, making my treatment v relaxing.?

    I was recommended to try this product by my friend. Very disappointing as I use it for few months but totally no difference to my face. Very expensive as well. I don’t recommend this product.

    I love the sugar peel treatment. My skin looks luminous and feel clean after the treatment.
    I also like that they don’t pressure you buy a package like many places. The lady ( I cannot remember her name….I think she is called Caris)… who did the peel for me was patient and explain each step. Will definitely do it again for good skin maintenance.

    Trying to find a suitable skincare regime when you have super sensitive acne prone skin is not easy. From just the first facial at Kew Organics, I was able to see noticeable differences and the effects continue to last for a few days after each facial. Each facial extraction is extremely thorough, and the therapist takes the time to explain each step of the process. In particular, I highly recommend the Everton outlet to those who wish to seek a facial “home”. The staff there are super friendly where they take the time to understand your concerns and make suitable recommendation on products to use. There is absolutely zero hard selling. For those out there who are still struggling to find a suitable skincare regime, take the leap of faith. It is worth it!

    I have been dealing with hormonal acne since my mid 20s and was recommended by a close friend who’s also a client at Kew Organics. It’s only been 2 months since I started facial treatments and my skin has improved by leaps and bounds. My facial therapist is extremely precise and professional. I’ve learned to trust her over the past few sessions and I always look forward to going back for my treatments each time! I really love the Cryo and DPL treatments especially 🙂

    Recently went to Kew Organics, and I was impressed by their various modern machines that could help solve my facial concerns !!1! My face looked clean and feel refreshed after the therapy. Have made another appointment with them and am looking forward to having another relaxing facial treatment session.

    Love the face and shoulder massage given by my therapist. The room is big, bed is comfy. Venue at Clarke Quay is very convenient, just above the MRT Station. Staff is professional and not pushy in selling products. Recommended them to my friends and family members and they love Kew Organics too

    I love the vibe here! It’s very calming and relaxing. The therapist did the extraction thoroughly and the scents of the products are great. I feel very good after each appointment and the condition of my skin has improved. Plus they give great massages! Have signed up for a package and will be a returning customer!

    This review is about their products and not their spa. I am an avid organic product user and when I found this brand kew organics, brand I was eager to try it. Initially they were very nice to hear about my skin concerns and recommended me a range of products to try. However after I bought it their attitude was lacklustre when I texted them. Could see a change in attitude. What the most disappointing thing was is that their products do not work at all for me. For such a price, I would have expected it to work a little
    somehow but after using it religiously for 7-8 months, it didn’t work at all. I spent about $750 for 7-8 products. The Q10 pomegranate line serum smelt terrible and didnt even reduce any lines despite using two bottles. The cocao okra age defying eye serum didn’t do anything at all too. Their megaboost hyaluronic + concentrate serum was also meh. Their sugar cane flush exfoliant also smelt bad. Most of their stuff smells like chemicals to me. I had much better hydration and better skin with cheaper products from iherb that also sold organic and natural products. Worse of all, they were supposed to send me one more free facial voucher as I bought another set for my friend but they forget to send it. Hence they said they will send it separately but guess what? I told them I never received it and they just insisted they sent but guess what that was the end of the story and I didnt bother to chase them because I was so turned off by their change in attitude after spending a huge sum. Strangely, last month, I switched to other organic brands antipodes and organic pharmacy and immediately my skin became more luminous and hydrated. Huge disappointment. I will not recommend kew organic products.

    Love the new insight of double cleansing at night with first a cleanser with some oil content. My skin feels cleaner and less clogged after I started double cleansing with Mandarin Açaí Cleansing Lotion followed by Absolutely Youth Hydra Cleanser.

    I also love that the outlet at Everton feels really homely and that the consultant does not hard sell the products and/or packages.

    I did the Clear Skin Hydra Deluxe Treatment with Sugar K Peel on my first trial. Skin was visibly clearer, brighter and smoother! Really happy with the results and loving the natural scent of their ingredients used. My therapist also took the time to go through my own products from other brands to supplement their organic product range. I look forward to return and try out the oxygen treatment next!!

    Had my facial here few days ago and the result intrigued me. The staffs are very professional. They would start by analyzing and explaining your skin condition before recommending any treatments which suited your current skin condition. Never worry about the organic products especially KewOrganic that comes from the water-based and 100%pure organic. Thanks to the staff here to cure my maskacne problems. Always feel excited and relaxed while having facial at KewOrganics! Highly recommend the place where you can have beautiful skin and pamper yourself at the same time.

    I have had my Cryo facial with them.

    Always thought that my skin was dry. But after a thorough analysis with the facial therapist, I was informed that I have dehydrated oily skin.

    With just one facial the difference it has made to my skin is utterly amazing.

    My pores were mostly cleared. Acne began to heal faster and Acne marks also became lighter.

    In accompanying with their products, my skin stop itching and my skin felt so much relief.

    As their products are water based, my complexion was left fresh and hydrated without a layer of film on top, throughout the day.

    My skin also starts to glow and become brighter!

    I am grateful for Lily and her team to have so much patience with my acne conditions.

    I have been going kew organic for more than a years . My skin was dry and dull but after using product and facial help my skin look more moisture and radiance . One of their products which I like most is Elixir hydrating serum because of their watery texture and my skin look healthier and younger after applying

    Been going back to Kew since 2017/2018 and while it’s not the cheapest, the value is in the results! My skin always feels refreshed, and they only use the right treatments on you. They are not pushy with packages either, and will recommend the best options for your budget if you have one / tell you which product is more important 🙂 10/10 will recommend.

    my skin was very sensitive, it used to flush easily and react to many seemingly harmless chemicals. after a year at kew organics, my skin is totally normal now. I could feel it improving from each session.

    Visited Sugar K for the first time and tried their treatments which is effective for my skin, not only that the staff’s service was great and took the patience to explain on their products. Will visit again?

    Facial treatments and products are good but the hard selling of packages be it product package or facial packages is just disgusting to the point of harassment. Despite saying NO several times, the therapist and the manager May still continued to press the benefits of signing a package and they say “oh just installment” like we don’t have other financial obligations. I understand selling packages is how facial salons keep the business going but there is a fine line between promoting ur treatments and badgering your customers. Sometimes, all we want is just a facial. Not all these nonsense.

    From the time I started using the products of Kew Organics and gone for their sugar k peel, my face has become less oily and my breakouts have definitely lessened. The ambience of the salon is inviting and cosy and i would definitely recommend it to my friends.

    Been using Kew Organics skincare for almost one year and now I go makeup-free. I used to be really insecure about my skin and had cover up all the time just buy some groceries. I’m glad that I made the switch to stop conventional skincare. Now I feel so liberated and confident with my bare skin.
