    The therapists are good and professional, and the massages are effective. It seems that many customers return for repeat visits, so I guess, the general satisfaction level is there too. It’s also good value for money.

    I have been a return customer for years, and will continue to return. Am happy to support a business trying to do what they can with their skill to earn a decent living.

    (Am aware of some of the feedback reviews here, and I am hoping that they received the feedback and work on it.)

    Friendly staff and within close proximity. Prices are reasonable under the package compared to ala carte.

    Terrible massage, massuse burped countless times, she even disappeared for 5 minutes, technique is non existing

    I read another review with mixed feelings about this place and I feel the same. The therapists have good skills no doubt, but do not expect a very relaxing massage. It is more to get rid of knots and tension. The rooms and toilet could use a revamp, and something that disturbs me is the loud burps by a couple of them, not all. I really enjoyed my massage by an older lady, I forgot her name but try to ask for her! She is strong and on point.

    returned here after some time once managed to book appointment. had the 90min body massage with top up of rosemary oil. the lady who attended me understood the pressure i wanted and it was a relaxing massage then infact drifted me off to a wee nap….room was dark and very cosy. very realxing thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and have booked my next appointment!

    Went here for a night massage as a couple but requested separate rooms.

    Expected a nice comforting and relaxing time but wasnt that satisfied at all. We decided to try somewhere new since we had always been going to our usual place (cannot say which one, later u all crowd there…hehehe).. even the different overseas locations that we had gone to, were great!

    So when we went at night, took d last slots of the night. We came right on d dot and one of us entered 1st. Our other half went in bout half hr later. So the wait was abit frustrating, do note, its still a job and from what we undst, the person was doing prayers.. ok.. we give n take 5-10mins.. but almost 30mins later?? Ok nvm..

    Lets talk bout the massage itself.. yes the starting was something which was normal but it lead downhill after the 10mins.. omg, both of us cried inside, couldnt even sleep. One of us even requested to stop and ask for a lesser painful session but the reply was, “this is better for u” and went on for a more painful session..

    Our other half upon returning home, had lacerations on the body.. visually red n purple, which is not what we signed up for. Mind u, it was d whole back and the pain lasted for almost a week. We will not be coming back here since we have experienced this, despite informing to ask for a lesser pain experience. Fyi, we have gone thru many different massage areas, especially thai, which is more stretch n cracks.. but none could defeat this place, which causes pain rather than a soothing massage.

    This was one of the worse sessions we had and will not be coming here again. But for those who want a 120% pain experience, pls feel free to come here.. oh yes, even d slipper we wore was taken in and absorb into their shop inventory. When we asked bout this, they jz say, dont know.. so we were like.. sighhh..

    Nonetheless, we thank d masseurs but we can only share experiences of what we had gone thru.. and in this case, a very bad back pain with red/purple lines which lasted a week to recover..

    I book last October 5 for today Saturday 16th October 3pm massage. Until now im still waiting for my turn. What kind of booking arrangement is this? The front desk lady was not apologetic at all. Its not my 1st time here but it was my 1st time to wait until 30mins. Please do something about ur customer service. LOUSY!

    I dont recommend this place. The person literally kept burping (like long loud ones-didnt even apologise) and had really bad technique, i left feeling more stiff…

    Avoid this place. I told the therapist that I had lower back pain and she started doing cupping without Asking if I wanted to in the first place. Did not feel relaxed at all after the session, massage skill is not worth the money spent.

    The first massage I tried there I had to stop and leave because the it was extremely painful and the lady was very old and hand very hard. But Loved the second massage. Probably the best I tired from few in singapore. But their price for service is extremely high. Also their membership is ridiculously high. It’s $250++ which is absolutely insane.
