    Amazing experience! Very dedicated and patient in explaining what is good for the hair. Very meticulous throughout the entire process to make sure the customer’s concerns are resolved. He does not rush to make sure that the experience is customised and conducive. He even offered a range of drinks in between. No hard selling too. Would definitely return! 🙂

    Isk is highly skilled. He did an amazing job on my bob cut, and colour with highlights. Hair wash is super shiok, with the coziest blanket draped over me.

    Definitely a wonderful place to do your hair without any worries of privacies and being rushy because you’ve got to book an appointment to be pampered. Friendly and an expert in the field, my hair were being taken care of from roots till ends.
    I recommend Hairbyisk studio for those who care about their hair

    Highly recommend Hairbyisk if:
    (1) you’re looking to work with a talented and knowledgeable stylist who will treat your mane with the utmost care
    (2) Want to support a small local business
    (3) Want to get a great personalised haircut/colour rather than the cookie cutter hair everyone else has.
    (4) gain skills and knowledge on how to care for and style your new hair.
    Bonus points for intimate little studio environment, good conversation and the best matcha latte! Will definitely come again!

    For over 20 years now, and I can confidently say that Isk is an exceptional hairstylist. From the very first hair wash when he first started at Casey to the most recent cut, his skill, professionalism, and dedication have consistently impressed me.

    Isk has an incredible talent for understanding exactly what I want, even when I struggle to articulate it myself. His diligence is unmatched, and I always leave the salon feeling confident and satisfied with my haircut.

    Beyond their technical expertise, what truly sets Isk apart is his genuine care for his clients. Over the years, he has taken the time to get to know me personally, making each appointment feel like catching up with an old aunty.     My experience at HairByIsk was fantastic! As a first-timer at a hair studio, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and knowledgeable hairstylist. Isk really took the time to understand what I wanted and recommended my first perm, which turned out great and boosted my confidence.
    The dandruff treatment Isk suggested, along with the shampoo and conditioner I purchased, worked wonders for me.
    Overall, HairByIsk offers excellent service, with friendly staff and effective products. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a professional and welcoming hair studio experience.

    Wonderful experience getting a haircut by Isk. The whole process from the trim, styling and especially washing of the hair was very relaxing when accompanied by the calm environment in the studio. Isk was genuinely engaging in friendly conversations that made the 2 hour session pass in a flash. Isk’s expertise was on full display as I saw how amazingly my hair cut turned out despite not knowing what specific hairstyle I wanted.
    Recommend to those that want a great experience by an expert hairstylist

    Went to over to get my highlight and cut at the place.
    Isk is very friendly & patient in explaining every single queries that I have.
    And the best, for first timer, there’s a 20% discount.

    I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Isk for a few years now. From great styling technique, to color and highlights, to always knowing how I want to cut my hair, Isk is an absolute professional. I am a picky client and Isk is always patient, loving and also teaching me about how to talk about how I want my hair done. The shop is cozy, one-to-one, and offers a very individualized and service oriented atmosphere. I highly recommend HairbyIsk and supporting this local business.

    Isk has been my go-to guy for the last 10+ years and I only trust him with my hair! His expertise in haircuts, styling and colouring are only some reasons why I have been a loyal customer.. he’s also friendly, open and communicative and always willing to work with my (sometimes last min 😬) requests due to my unpredictable schedules. Looking forward to more years ahead!

    Isk is very knowledgable with hair stories. The quality of the product he uses is high quality one. Shop is cozy and the service is top knotch. If anyone has issue with past bad haircut or color or treatment . This is a place to go! Reasonably priced at the heart of Bukit Timah

    Have known Isk for 16 yrs and back then he’s the only one I trust to do my hair. I’ll let him decide on what styles and colours suits me. Best hair stylish ever! Knowledgeable and always shared and recommends the best hair products for his clients 😘

    Enjoyed the exclusivity of by appointment only service. Super accommodative to the odd appointment time that I requested. Isk was friendly, chatty but still meticulous in his work. His place was quaint and cosy. Loved how tamed and beautiful my hair looked on every visit. My to go hair stylist for keratin and hair colouring. 👍🏻

    I was confused on changing my hair colour. But Isk was very patient ehhhh in answering all my queries and helped me understand my current hair condition & what can be done to lessen the damage. He dyed my hair fantastically & get the perfect cut that fits my face. He also educated me about blonde aftercare. Also suggested to me the best yet affordable aftercare products. Highly recommended to visit his hair studio. Love his studio, its atmosphere & my hair!!

    Iskandar is truly the most accommodating, welcoming and generous he is also an extremely skilled hair stylist. I booked my appointment late on the day itself and he managed to squeeze me in. I was talked through the process of my perm and what I can expect after the whole process.

    His studio is cozy, comfortably accommodating my partner and I.

    The perm turned out amazing and my partner and I are extremely satisfied with the results!
