    First time doing the 2D volume lash with eye-luxe Michi. She’s very skillful and I didn’t feel any stinging in my eye at all (I had that experience previously elsewhere). In fact, I slept through my appointment. Happy with the outcome and I really love the soft bed!

    It was my first time trying out Eye x Luxe and it was such a pleasant experience that I might become a regular! I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get a slot despite only checking on the day itself. When I arrived, there was no waiting time and after filling in a questionnaire and finalising the type of lash I will like, the process began. The rooms were very clean and once I was on the bed, the peaceful environment coupled with the soothing background music made me fell asleep immediately. But throughout the whole process I was aware of the beautician gently but steadily working away on my lashes. When I took a first look after she’s done, I was not disappointed at all and in fact, very happy with the results. The lashes felt so light and feathery and it doesn’t feel like I had extensions on. I had chosen 2D natural and these are perhaps the most natural extensions I have ever had. Overall a great find and only regret is I did not find Eye x Luxe earlier.

    Michi san crafted the most natural eyelashes which i always wanted. The salon has different lashes samples to touch and feel during consultation. She recommended a mix design and i chose dark brown 2D volume lashes. As i always feel black lashes look harsh on me unlike brown which complement my fair skin and i am not a fan of eyeshadow effect. The lashes are soft, airy and the best part is my eyes are looking bright even without makeup on. Perfect for ladies who want extensions that are subtle yet a soft eyeliner effect for their day to day look.

    Michi was skilled and very gentle. Thank you Michi! The environment was very relaxing and I would always fall asleep! I chose flat lashes, which were very lightweight and comfortable.

    Love the lashes done by Michi which gave very soft, light and natural look. The environment is clean and relax. Despite Michi is Japanese and her English is not very good but she understands what you want.

    Visited Eye x Luxe based on a friend’s recommendation. Wasn’t disappointed with the service and overall experience! My lashes feel lightweight and super comfortable. I asked for a natural looking lash with a mascara effect and my lash technician was really good at delivering exactly what I wanted with the 120 flat lash style. Michi was skilled and super gentle, so much so that I actually fell asleep during the session haha. Will be a returning customer!

    It was my first time to do an eyelash extension. I was hesitant at first as I’m worried it might be uncomfortable.

    However, Michi did an amazing job! Not only is she very careful in putting on the lashes. She is also friendly. I can’t even feel that I have an extension on. It was a very great experience.

    It’s my first time getting eyelash extensions here. I would definitely recommend getting here even tho it’s alil high. The quality of the lashes and workmanship are much better as compared to other places. The lashes are so light! Would definitely come back again ?

    Michi was my beautician and she’s patient and kind. However the level of English understanding is pretty poor so I had trouble asking questions over the phone. Otherwise when I got there it was all good and she did an amazing job with my eyelash extensions! I am satisfied and will return again.
