    I went in for a facial with Joyce @ Coslab Bukit Panjang, and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after, and I would for sure go back with Joyce for another facial.

    Been going to Coslab for 3years plus with Lixin. I can really see the difference in my skin from when I first stepped in. I have close to zero pimples and more radiant skin now. Lixin is always polite, has deep knowledge and always made me feel welcome. Highly recommended!

    Face feels so much cooler and less oily than usual . Extraction was painful but seems less clogged now ? Also saw swelling of the extracted areas go down too !

    Was attended by Carol during my visit . She was very friendly and detailed when it comes to my facial condition . She did not fit the typical stereotype of hard selling ! Will prefer to support beauty technicians like her 🙂 Looking forward to booking my next appointment

    Carol is really patient and nice throughout the session. She would alert me when the serum/gel is cold and also she would explain what machine or what serum/gel that she is applying on me.

    She is really patient that she would not rush through the machine treatment process. Every session is enjoyable.

    There is no hard/force selling throughout my years with Coslab.

    Superb!

    I was with this branch for a few years for facial. During that time it was a good experience, Joyce is always very friendly and thorough with removing my acne. As someone who is a bit scared of pain I was very glad to have Joyce who will assure me and ensure that I have the most comfortable experience.

    Acne skin and pigmentation had always troubled me for a long time, I am always worried that facial would make my skin worse. But I am glad that i had tried out Coslab facial and be served by consultant Ping. She is very experienced and able to pinpoint the right treatment to my skin troubles. Under her attentive and gentle care for six months, I see great improvement to my skin texture and acnes. Really happy with the results so far, Thank you Ping!
