    I had an amazing experience at Chez Vous Hideaway. Their service and attention to detail is bar none. Michael’s cut is very good – he not only tamed my badly damaged hair but also gave me a modern and youthful cut. I’m very happy with it. I also did a hair color and the attention from both Michael and Eric in ensuring that the scalp was properly taken care of before applying the color was superb. At every point, pre-and-post colouring of the hair, they prepped the scalp to make sure that the chemicals didn’t affect the scalp and that the scalp remained healthy. Grace, at the front desk, was also hospitable. This was my first visit to Chez Vous Hideaway and after this, I’ve decided to them my regular salon.

    Had a relaxing hair colour, highlights and sugar lamination treatment done. Michael is really skilled and gave great recommendations. He truly cares for our hair as he have detailed advice for aftercare. I enjoyed the little treats such as a candle wax hand massage. The staff was super friendly as well.

    I experienced truly professional and great service at Chez Vous Hideaway on 14th Floor Ngee Ann City. Impeccable hair spa service indeed at reasonable prices. Thank you Jessie Wong, my honest, patient and great Hair Stylist and also to Xiao Jun for her attentive care and the best Shampoo experience.
    Highly recommend them to my relatives and friends!

    Would highly recommend engaging Chez Vous Hideaway for their hair treatment services. The team responded on the requested booking promptly with helpful information. I chose to do advanced sugar lamination. My hairstylist Michael and hair technician Xiao Jun were very communicative and provided upfront information on the pricing structure (so there would be no price shock) and useful hair care tips. The receptionist Grace was welcoming, and ensured I was well taken care of after the treatment, inviting me to use the massage chair facilities and the perfume library. Thank you, Chez Vous team!

    I had an amazing experience at Chez vous! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. From the consultation to the final styling, Deon took great care to ensure I was happy with the result. My hair looks and feels fantastic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their extra service (ie massage chair, hand massage, etc). The salon is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Chez Vous to anyone looking for top-notch hair care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    First time at this salon and am really pleased with the results of my curls! Michael is super attentive, very gentle and patient and treated my hair with the utmost care. He also understood the assignment perfectly! 👌 Also, I don’t normally enjoy hair washes or head massages but the lady who tended to me is superbly skilled, which resulted in such a relaxing time. Going to be a repeat customer! 😁

    this Salon location at Ngee Ann City Tower B office building and it is so beautiful 🥰

    That would ask u come 15min early to experience the massage chair and Thé receiptionist would ask ,which massage part for we like to do for for 15min relaxing chill😎

    When Sit in the Salon ,when sit in the receiptionist would have a menu ask what tea or beverage for a serve to your sit 🥰

    A lady hair techician let me choose the hair 香精and massage your shoulder and hair and smell the flavour of lavender smell am choose ,it is cool experience

    My hairstylist Oscar Director hairstylist work for more than 13 year also very professional and punctual too , and very handsome guy like a hongkong actor ,is soft spoken guy (眼睛🤩) very mediocre and details (would come with hair technican help out in hair )
    我头发全部就交给我的帅气理发师Oscar做了

    Director Hairstylist one day only take 4-5 Customer (that more too High Quality and atas)

    And that has free compliments served from head to toes ,to let u to experience it😍👍👍👍

    The results turn out super excellent ,definitely return back to Oscar Director to do my hair

    Both Kelly and Xiao Jun were very meticulous and understand the needs of the customer! This is my 3rd visit and have always been very satisfied by their service, never disappointed. Their complimentary drinks / snacks and massage are a plus too.

    The best hair salon that pampers you non-stop with their massage chair, opening massage, candle oil hand massage and even serve snacks such as cupcakes and tarts. But the most important thing is that I leave the hair salon with 100% satisfaction every time, thanks to Kelly’s skills and expertise. Highly recommended 👍🏻

    I went for hair color, highlight and hair Cut.
    First time there by my sis’ recommendation.
    Thoroughly enjoyed the service. Jessie and her team was very professional and Jessie was able to advise me on the type of cut and color that best suit me.
    I subsequently also recommended Jessie to a friend.

    Everything from making the appointment, text responses to the actual visit was handled professionally. Ms Kelly explained & adviced accordingly. She is understanding & helpful. The other team members (Xiao Jun, Jenny, Grace) involved in the process were also great.
    I liked the thoughtful little extras (massage, heated shoulder pad, aromatherapy, Quiet chair option).
    No pushy packages which I totally appreciate. Clients will always return when the experience is good.
    Thank you for making my hair pretty. 🌸 👸🏻

    I had a really pleasant experience here at Chez Vous . Not knowing I had to have an appointment I was nearly sent away when receptionist Eileen managed to secure me a spot . Love the colour and cut from Oscar Lee . He was attentive and gave me what I wanted without the usual – I know best – attitude . Loved how he updated my cut yet managed to make me comfortable with my hair style . The colour worked out so well too ! His technician Elsie was a plus . Kind and attentive she put me at ease as a new customer . A truly memorable experience . Loved their treats and tea and even a massage in the massage chair at the end . Hope to come again if I drop into Singapore in the future !

    i was attended to by kelly (hair stylist) and carmen (technician)! kelly was very experienced and detailed with her work, offering her honest opinions on hairstyles and colors, was very satisfied with my hair cut & balayage 🙂 will be recommending her to my friends and family! carmen was also very attentive and even offered me a hand massage! thanks so much for the wonderful experience 🙂

    2nd time coming back here for hair dye for my wedding day on 19/10/24!

    1st time coming here was for my pre wedding shoot in Aug.
    Was suppose to do it at another salon but did not hear any news till the appt day and I have to text them to find out they were not available. As I was in Chinatown area, I googled and texted a few places but only Chez Vous was available and able to take me in.

    Was assigned to hair stylist Micheal and showed him a picture of my desired colour and he served ✨ (although the previous hair colour shooked him😂)

    Received many compliments for my hair for my PWS shoot!

    Had some troubleshooting after the 1st hairdye but they were kind enough to help me resolve the colour issue w/o any additional charges.

    I wanted the same colour for my AD wedding and its beautiful!
    Glad to have my hair done by Micheal and team!
    Happy to be back! 😊

    Stylist: Micheal is very detailed, friendly and easy going. He would also give recommendations whenever needed.

    Michael and Deon is amazing and fantastic! I was here with my husband for a make over for our wedding and Michael did an amazing job with my hair. I love the way it look and he was genuine with the care for my hair. He was patient, friendly and have professional on what is good for me instead of hard selling~ love this place!

    100% recommend Chez Vous Hideway for their awesome customer service. Jessie is super detailed in explaining what haircut suits me and the steps she is going to take. Her assistant Carmen is also super helpful and knowledgeable. Appreciate both of them for ensuring i feel comfortable.

    If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Was blown away by how amazing the entire experience was. Upon entering the salon, I was directed to a massage chair that actually gave a solid massage, even to the soles of my feet. Socks were provided that will not be reused. Oskar suggested a hair cut that I really liked and a hair color that met my brief. He also told me about a comp hand massage that I could try which was so nice of him. Then another guy called Eric offered me a cushion after seeing that I was having trouble holding onto my phone while scrolling. He also gives an excellent head and neck massage! And the whole time, there was no upselling, even after I paid at the cashier. I love their quiet chair service!!

    Visited 3 weeks ago and still loving my hair!

    What i liked about my experience
    – super relaxing from the moment we step in, with nice touches like the massage chair / hand spa / head massage
    – quiet chair option
    – I have sensitive scalp so the complimentary scalp protect spray really made the hair colouring process so comfortable and pain-free
    – stylist Jessie is awesome. She gave me a low maintenance hair style which frames my face well, and recommended a really nice cool ash brown for me which received sooo many compliments

    I’m definitely going back to chez vous hideaway, it’s truly a gem 💎

    I really enjoyed my hair done over there especially with just how transparent the prices are n no hard sales like most typical salons.
    So much complimentary services that really just makes me felt totally pampered.
    Loves how my Stylist,Jessie answered all my queries patiently regardin the difference treatments and not stingy with her knowledge of taking care of our scalp and calculated for mi the prices wif gst once decide on which services im going for.
    Not forgetting how thoughtful the technician is, checkin on if im feelin cold, n if im needin the toilet in between as im there for quite awhile..
    Upon seein that i may feel bored, she offered if i wanna try the complimentary candle hand massage, which is something realli interesting as its my firsttime

    All in all, its a money totally well spent and im definitely headin back to get my hair done again! 😊😊

    They have the best service in the industry and it’s always a delightful experience here. It’s my third visit and everyone from the front desk, stylist and assistant are consistently attentive, gentle and never pushy. Major props to the stylist, Michael, who has a keen eye in the way he cuts, colours and styles my hair. I appreciate how he is attentive to the condition of my hair and customising the care for it e.g. that my hair was very dry that visit and would ensure that a hair mask was used during the wash. Or that my scalp was sensitive, and would use scalp protectants or even a scalp treatment.

    Their hair wash and massages are always top notch, and never rushed. But there was a lovely older female assistant (I missed her name) who gave me the best scalp massage I’ve had. She was attentive, she noticed that I was feeling a little chilly. In between the hair wash, she took out a throw and covered me so that I was more comfortable. She also placed a warm shoulder pad when I was back on the chair.

    I had a wonderful time at the salon, and the service was impeccable at every stage of my experience. Grace, who was at the front desk, really gave me a warm welcome at the massage chair.

    My hairstylist, Michael, was also really professional in giving me advice on what I could do for my hair. He strongly advised me against getting my hair bleached to protect my hair, but was also very patient in providing alternatives. I was really happy with how my hair color turned out. Elsie, the technician, was also really warm and kind.

    Thank you for the experience, and I’d definitely be back again

    Prior to your appointment, the staff at the counter will bring you into a room where you will enjoy LED light therapy for your scalp in a massage chair!

    I didn’t specify which stylist I wanted & was put in the good hands of stylist Michael, which I was happy about.

    You’ll get to enjoy a drink of your choice & a small treat/snack while seated in the main styling room.

    Michael was extremely helpful & is a good listener when it comes to what you want for your hair. He’ll ask you about what you dislike about your current hair & what you wish to achieve at the end of the session. I asked, and he delivered!

    I would recommend stylist Michael to people who are new to this salon as his hair cutting skills & product knowledge is superb.

    normally i dont leave reviews because it’s a hassle but i think this one deserves the attention! it was my first time here in chez vous salon. i opted for a haircut + scalp & hair treatments. the hairdressers, deon liow & another girl really took care of me well throughout the process. i told them i was very tired from my flight and they were understanding and gentle while doing my hair. i appreciate the time they take to explain the process and ensure i am happy every step of the way. the whole process was so relaxing that i fell asleep. the salon atmosphere is also warm and welcoming. i’ll definitely come back here for my next appointment! (with friends too!) thank you! 🙂

    Had a wonderful pampered time at Chez Vous HideAway Hair Salon! Had a warm massage and so many other perks! Truly had a splendid service and enjoyed the care and time given.
    I really love the hair colouring service, time and effort provided by Micheal. He is experienced, gentle with me and my hair and really gave great advise.
    Even when my hair still have discolouration, he tried his best to check on it (Various times) and resolved the issue.
    I will definitely visit Hideaway again and recommend it to my friends!

    During my visit to Chez Vous: HideAway, I was served by Kelly (hair stylist) with Xiao Jun as assistant. The receptionist, Grace was friendly. Kelly advised on doing Avante Smoothening treatment for my hair to help reduce frizziness. She was gentle and professional throughout. It was easy to communicate with her and she understood my hair concerns well. Even though the salon was pretty crowded on a weekend, there was minimal waiting and I felt attended to throughout my time there. There were also many complimentary perks provided such as massages, coffee/tea and a cupcake. I chose to have a latte and it was good! Overall, my visit to Chez Vous: HideAway was comfortable and pleasant. 🙂

    Booked an appointment with them and am happy that I did. Took up their Premium Bundle ($500++) which included an express headspa (nothing super wow here), haircut and sugar lamination. The haircut was really good because the stylist I had is experienced and was knowledgeable (Zac) so I would highly recommend that you book a stylist when booking your appointment.

    The sugar hair lamination was the treatment i went there for. Basically, its a treatment that helps smoothen out frizzy hair and make hair more manageable in Singapore’s humid weather. I think the stylist did a good job but I could tell that the technician helping him was not as good when she was using the flat iron to infuse the treatment into my hair. She snagged my hair a couple of times when she was doing it and she didnt bother to iron it as meticulously as the stylist.

    Experience otherwise was good. Free flow drinks and some snacks are offered when you take up their bundle package. I guess the best part was the private room because I didnt have to interact with anyone else during my entire time there.

    Jessie was my stylist during my visit there. She was very professional, attentive and friendly. She suggested treatment to address my hard to manage frizzy hair and care tips which I can do to my hair at home. The scalp treatment/hair spa and all the massages in between were very relaxing. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with the services. Glad that I found Chez Vous Hide Away for all my tresses‘ needs.
