    A welcome shower in the middle of 2 days travel. Not cheap by NZD but so necessary. Staff was friendly enough

    Simply sensational! We had about 5 hours to kill before a 13.5 hour flight and after walking about 12km in the day.

    The 45 minute foot massage was one of the best I have had anywhere in the world. Thank you Dee!

    I’ve had two great experiences here; once I was extremely anxious before a 12-hr flight, so I splurged on a massage. My therapist was both extremely skilled and comforting to talk to. My second experience was an express manicure, which was my first ever manicure experience and I loved my blue sparkly nails! They lasted over a month, and my nail artist also lent me an amazing heated massage pillow during the process. If you need to pamper yourself before or after a flight this is the place to go!

    Amazing neck and back massage from Rain. She knew exactly which muscles to work on and helped me relieve stress on my shoulders. She even worked on some muscles which I hadn’t even realised were sore. Highly recommend the spa and in particular the masseuse Rain.

    (We wanted to shower before our long-haul flight and went to this store to do so. The price is a disgrace, especially when you see how dirty the shower is. We paid 20 Singapore dollars per person for a 10 minute shower and there was a lot of hair on the floor in the shower and everything was very careless. Better not go there. We then saw that there were other showers in the T3 that were much cheaper.)

    Wir wollten vor unserem Langstreckenflug duschen und sind dafür zu diesem Laden gegangen. Der Preis ist eine Frechheit, insbesondere, wenn man sieht, wie schmutzig die Dusche ist. Wir zahlten pro Person 20 Singapur Dollar für 10 Minuten duschen und es gab viele Haare am Boden in der Dusche und alles war sehr lieblos. Gehen Sie besser nicht dahin. Wir haben danach gesehen, dass es andere Duschen im T3 gibt, die viel günstiger sind.

    Fantastic foot massage and chair massage from Edward. I feel so much more relaxed 😌 I had a hard time finding the spa (fyi it’s located in terminal 3, behind The Coffee Bean) but it was worth the search!

    One of the best massages I’ve ever had! The therapist (Micki?) was amazing. I will definitely be back next time I’m at Changi.

    I wanted a pedicure, told the woman serving that I wanted my feet done, waving my hand over my toes

    Instead I was given a 30 minute massage of my feet and lower legs. Then I wascharged $60 for this.

    When I complained, she made it my fault for her mistake.

    The massage wasn’t even good. She was too distracted talking to her colleague to focus properly on the massage.

    Really, really cranky about this. I left more stressed than when I arrived.

    This service is a less than poor representation traditional Chinese massage. Worse still the therapist seemed distracted, disinterested and lazy about the procedure, one might say he was just spending the time. they quoted 120$ for half hour on feet and half hour on back & shoulders and then on completion tried to charge extra as they had switched on a massage function on the chair while my feet were being done. It seemed to me the chair component was to distract me from the nothingness of the procedure on my feet.

    Had one of the best massage. The male therapist was very experienced and knowledgeable. He knew which muscles to work on. The spa has shower ad on if needed. Definitely recommend.

    Staff didn’t care. Male showers were not maintained. I really wanted/needed a massage, but after a poor shower experience, I decided to not get a massage

    My previous attempts a massage my last day in Singapore thwarted, I finally got a foot reflexology massage here that made such a difference!

    Tired from walking around the city during my long layover during an incredibly hot day, my feet were screaming for attention. Well, they received it here. The woman who massaged them is from Vietnam. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. But she was excellent!

    It was exactly what I needed to get me through the last hours of a very long layover. Thank you!!!

    Staff is hard selling and rude.

    Its a disgrace to have such service staff/shop at the world best airport.

    Unfortunately for myself and partner we had a bad experience, we both waited patiently and asked if we can get a massage it was only after 1 person waiting, the lady who served us said it was full and not only that I can also hear her and her staff saying they wanted to go lunch break and that she already advised her work colleague there was another customer (waiting before us) that they wanted a massage (red flag).

    She told us they were full and turned us away told us to return 9pm instead. So for next 3 hours we will have to wait when it wasn’t full. We board on our next flight at 9pm.

    The person after us overheard us and asked her is it actually full and he pointed on the massage chart what his preference which she seemed to be quite attentive, compared to the service we received which was a blunt we are full, when you were obviously not.

    Thanks for the bad experience, my partner was looking forward to massage after the long flight and now wait for a long transfer flight, we will avoid this place in the future.

    Perhaps Changi Airport should have massage chairs who can provide better service than this place. If I can ever give 0 stars review I would not hesitate to do it.
