What is HIFU?
HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) as the name suggested, is a non-invasive therapeutic technique that uses non-ionizing ultrasonic waves to heat tissue. It is mainly used as a non-surgical approach to skin lifting and tightening and also helps with wrinkle reduction through the stimulation of collagen production. As the system works with targeting deeper layer of the skin, it does not damage the skin’s surface thus resulting in minimum downtime.
