Change of mind returns:

For change of mind returns, you need to return the new, unopened product within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

A full refund of the price you paid for the item, will be provided with and only with that you had comply with the conditions stated below.

Shipping fee from purchase for change of mind returns are not refundable.

Customer making the returns must ensure that the product is well packed and protected. Refund will only be processed upon receiving the return product that had comply with the condition stated below.

Customer Damage

Facialsingapore.sg will not accept or fulfil the refund of any returned item that was damaged due to customer negligence, misuse or tampering, has missing parts or in an unsellable condition.

Shipping

For return requests which do not comply with our returns policies, you may be charged the return shipping cost.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
